Pass on What You Know
As a Disciple-Making Disciple we hope that you are serving regularly at Discovery Church.
You have the opportunity to pass on what you have learned to new members of the volunteer team.
Meet with the person who oversees the team you serve on and ask the following questions:
- Is there anywhere in the area I serve in that you would like me to grow in before I train/develop others?
- Is there anyone you would like me to train/develop in the area of service I am a part of?
